- How do I order?
It''s easy to order from www.shoptcgbrands.com. If this is your first time purchasing from our store, just follow these three easy steps: 1. Browse the catalog. 2. Add the item you want to your shopping cart. 3. Complete the checkout flow. You will be asked for your e-mail address and a password to register yourself as a customer. Then, the next time you shop with us, we will have your information already stored, and you won''t need to input it again.
- How can I pay?
We accept Visa or MasterCard. When you are checking out, you will be prompted to enter your credit card number for payment.

- Can I track a phone or faxed order online?
At this time, only orders placed through the www.shoptcgbrands.com store can be traced on the store. In the future we hope to add functionality where all your orders can be tracked here. In the meantime, please call customer service to track any orders not placed through the store.
- Confirmation emails
Upon placing an order, we'll send you an order confirmation by email within 30 minutes. Finally, a ship confirmation will be emailed once the order has been shipped. You will receive separate confirmations for each split order if you’ve selected multiple ship-to locations, and/or multiple delivery methods, or combined in-stock and out-of-stock items on the order.

Is it safe to use my credit card? We guarantee that every transaction you make at www.shoptcgbrands.com will be 100 percent safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our store.
How do I track my order? You can review the status of any order you have placed on our store by simply clicking the My account link at the top of every page. You must be signed in to the store to see this function From there, you will be able to view or modify any order that has yet to enter the shipping process.
Can I make changes to orders?
Once submitted, an order cannot be changed. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. If you have any questions about your order, please contact Customer Service & Sales.
How quickly will I receive my order?
For orders placed and credit approved before 2pm EST, in-stock items leave our warehouse the same business day. All other orders ship the next business day. Based on the shipping method you select, it will take between one and seven additional business days to arrive at your location.
UPS Ground is 5-7 days of transit time;
UPS Air Service provides 2-day, 3-day, or Next Day arrival options.
